The Insight
We don't just feel stressed.
We feel knotted.
Anxiety rarely shows up as one thing. It's the unanswered text, the deadline, the conversation you keep replaying, all twisted together until you can't tell where one worry ends and the next begins.
The Idea
If stress is a knot, Headspace is how you loosen it.
The campaign turns tangled thread into a visual language for mental clutter. Headspace's calm, smiling character sits inside the mess, a reminder that peace is already there, waiting underneath. The invitation is simple: unravel, one thread at a time, in the three places stress lives.
- MindThe thoughts that won't stop looping.
- BodyThe tension you didn't notice you were carrying.
- SoulThe weight that sits deeper than a bad day.
The Campaign
Three knots. One way out.
Bringing It to Life
A knot is something you feel with your hands, so the campaign couldn't stay on paper.

The thread doesn't stay on the page.
Across the spread, the lettering becomes the loose end of the knot, and the thread spills past the edge of the paper, as if the reader could pull it and start unraveling.

A knot big enough to stop you in your tracks.
A giant ball of rope with Headspace's calm face at its center, placed in the middle of a busy public square. It makes stress something you can walk around, touch, and see from the outside for once.
What I Learned
The simplest metaphor carried the furthest.
Once the knot was clear, every touchpoint, from a poster to a sculpture to a phone screen, knew exactly what it needed to do. The hardest part wasn't adding ideas. It was trusting one.
